FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
You shouldn’t have to manage your designer, contractor and a hundred individual decisions.
Our role extends beyond creating a beautiful design. We help manage the details that turn that design into a finished home—from specifications and selections to procurement, trade coordination and installation.
You’ll remain part of the decisions that matter while we take responsibility for keeping the many moving pieces organized.
MEET THE DESIGNER
A love of beautiful homes. An understanding of how they’re built.
Growing up around construction gave Mindy Nelson an appreciation for craftsmanship long before Form Designs existed. That hands-on understanding, combined with technical drawing and interior design experience, shapes the way she approaches every project today.
Her philosophy is simple: a beautiful home shouldn’t simply reflect a designer’s aesthetic. It should feel distinctly like the people who live there.
“Mindy’s knowledge, talent and ability to work with us and our home made the process much easier and enjoyable! Her expertise in design and for the details helped bring our project to fruition and give us confidence along the way.”
